Yarn Procurement
We understand raw material is the
base of any fabrics and so we have zero tolerance in quality of the
yarns procured. We mainly deal with the leading spinners in country
equipped with latest technology in market, to ensure the best of best
raw materials.
Here are some of the mills where we mainly purchase yarns from K.P.R
Mills, Sintex Industries Limited, Sambadam Spinning mills , SP Spinners,
Ramalinga Mills ect..Cotton and Amarjothi, Sulochana for mélange yarns.
Dyeing
We are unanimously committed in
keeping our hands clean when it comes to environmental guidelines
and care. Hence forth we only deal with dyeing factories which has
zero discharge RO plant facilities. We currently have tie up with
two big major cheese dyeing units in our locality with each 10
tonnage capacity per day.
We have separate dedicated team which is only involved in dyeing
follow ups & approvals for developments, Samples and bulk
dyeing.
We follow the required test like colour fastness , rubbibg dry/wet
ect.. before proceeding to warping
Weaving
Production capacity largely depends on weaving capacity. We have our own state of art weaving factory with 48 piccanal rapier automatic looms with all provision & facilities which can run upto 18 frame dobby fabrics. Other then this, keeping regular contracts with 50( rapiers and airjets ) Auto looms which are located in & around 5 km to our factory. This equips us capable to manufacture 3, 50, 000 Mtrs in auto loom per month.
Finishing
Fabric softness handfeel and
shrinkage are the two major factors which define the buyer’s final
satisfaction .we cross check and ensure both the parameters before
passing it to checking section.
We are handling all our fabric finishing process with two finishing
units in our locality which are equipped with latest facility which
helps us ensure our buyers required handfeel .
We majorly do the following fabric finish like deszing, Jigger wash,
trumble wash, Brushing, Searing & zero zero finish ,UV finish ,mill
finish etc.based on buyer requirements.
Quality Check
At Krishna textile ,quality is everything we have dedicated 40 checkers conducting fabric checking before and after finishing following standard 4 Point system & M.S.Method for fabric inspection.
Testing
We are taking test reports for the samples from SITRA, SGS, TEXANLAB ect.. We mainly conduct following test to ensure buyer required quality standard Grey yarn for CSP //dyed yarn for Washing, Rubbing, Shade change, Light Fastness , shrinkage ,pilling ect.and other test as per buyers requirement
